Our Expectations:
While we encourage freedom of expression and individuality, the following behaviors are not aligned with our values and will not be tolerated:
* Harassment or Discrimination: This includes any form of disrespectful, offensive, or discriminatory behavior based on (but not limited to) race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, or any other protected characteristic.
* Bullying or Intimidation: Any behavior that is intended to threaten, demean, or intimidate another person is unacceptable.
* Disruptive Behavior: Actions that significantly disrupt the ability of others to participate or feel safe in the space are not permitted.
* Violation of Boundaries: Please respect the personal boundaries of others.
Taking Action:
If you experience or witness behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please bring it to the attention of Julie or DJ. All reports will be taken seriously and addressed with sensitivity and fairness.

At Expressions Art Cafe, we understand that sometimes plans change. We strive to be fair to both our clients/customers and our business operations. Please review our cancellation policy below:
Events and Classes:
* We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel your registration for an event or class.
* If you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, you will be eligible to apply your registration fee to another event or class of equal or lesser value within 6 months. Please contact us to arrange the transfer.
* Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows are not eligible for a refund or transfer.
Private Events/Classes:
* We require at least 72 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of private events/classes.
* If you cancel or reschedule with more than 72 hours' notice, there is no cancellation fee.
* Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 72 hours' notice may result in a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given within 24 hours.
Monthly Subscriptions:
* To cancel your monthly subscription, we require a written request submitted at least 30 days prior to your next billing date.
* Please send your cancellation request to espressionsartcafe@gmail.com.
* Cancellations made with less than 30 days' notice will be processed for the following billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
Products and Upgraded Materials:
* Product Orders: Cancellations for product orders can be accepted before the order has shipped. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy will apply. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping. Materials that have been opened or damaged will receive a 25% restocking fee will be applied.
* Upgraded Materials: Once upgraded materials have been provided or accessed, they are non-refundable.
Our Commitment:
* We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. While our policy stands, we will do our best to consider reasonable requests on a case-by-case basis.
How to Cancel or Reschedule:
* Events/Classes: Please reach out via phone or text message. We can assist you in rescheduling if you would like.
* Private Appointments: You can reschedule your event online by logging into your account. If it is within 72 hours, please reach out via phone or text message.
* Monthly Subscriptions: Please send a written request to expressionsartcafe@gmail.com.
* Product Orders: Please contact us immediately via phone or text.
Expressions Art Cafe Reserves the Right To:
* Modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to our clients/customers.
* Cancel or reschedule services/events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or the option to reschedule.
